Many people often don't realize how specific their DNA actually is. Artist Heather Dewey-Hagborg finds samples of DNA in public spaces (cigarettes, gum, ect.) and runs the DNA through a computer program which analyzes the sample and then sends the image to a 3D printer which then prints a sculpture of what that person may look like. The similarities are just astonishing when compared with the actual person the sample was from.
